Allow putty through firewall in windows

In windows search bar type firewall -> click on firewall and network protections -> allow an app through firewall -> allow another app -> search programfiles for putty executable. (Default path is on the screenshot). -> Note: public network is enabled only by default. -> OK -> add -> OK
