New software installation
Read this first before install new software on HPC cluster.
Please note that now we are collecting the types of user job. To ensure it works, we need to add the following line at the end of each module files (located at /sw/com/modulefiles):
source /sw/sysadmin/logger.tcl
If a user or research group want to have their own module files, they need to do that as well.
