Introduction

ProDeGe is a computational Protocol for fully-automated Decontamination of Genomes.

 

Usage

module load  perl/5.16.0
module load  bioinformatics/blast+/2.2.28
module load R/3.0.2
module load bioinformatics/prodigal/2.6.2

 

Installation

REQUIREMENTS
The following software must be previously installed before running the install script:
- Blast+ 2.2.28
- Perl 5.16.0 (with modules Bio::SeqIO and Bio::Perl)
- Prodigal 2.50
- R 3.0.1
