You may use this NEW online form to lodge a support request (e.g request a new account, issues with applications, installation requests etc)  for the new Griffith HPC.

The HPC form previously located https://www.griffith.edu.au/eresearch-services/request-help?hpc has now been moved into ServiceNow.
If you still have the old HPC form link bookmarked then please select "I need help with"  High Performance Computing (Griffith HPC) from the  in the drop down menu.
